Opening Video Requirement

To process any return, replacement, or refund request, customers must record an uncut opening video of the package. This video acts as valid proof in case the product is damaged or defective upon delivery.

Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our Return and Refund Policy is designed to offer a smooth and transparent experience for all customers ordering jewellery and accessories from our store. Please read the conditions below carefully.

1. Return Eligibility for Physical Products
  • Returns or replacements are accepted only for damaged or defective products.
  • The customer must send the uncut package opening video to sriyascollections272@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +91 97919 14266.
  • Without video proof, returns or refunds will not be approved.
2. Damage Claim & Replacement Process
  • All damage claims must be raised within 3 days of product delivery.
  • The damaged product must be shipped back to the address we provide.
  • A replacement will be sent once we receive the item. Refund will be issued only if the same product is unavailable.
3. Order Cancellation Policy
  • Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
  • No product exchange for other items.
  • If an item in your order is unavailable, it may be replaced with another item of equal or higher value (extra cost may apply).
4. Refund Timeline
  • Refunds are processed within 7 to 15 business days, depending on payment method.
5. Delivery & Courier Policy
  • Ensure someone is available to accept delivery between 9 AM – 5 PM IST.
  • Courier companies make a maximum of three delivery attempts.
  • If the package returns due to customer unavailability, reshipping charges may apply.
  • Refunds are not issued for returned undelivered packages.
